CAPCO was founded in 1976 to produce Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA), a key raw material for manufacturing polyester fiber and chips with a wide range of applications in our daily lives. CAPCO is a joint venture between INEOS (61.43% ownership) and CPC Taiwan (38.57% ownership).
