TVCM is an affiliate of USI Group and is 87.27% owned by China General Plastics Corp. TVCM is the first petrochemical company in Taiwan to adopt an oxychlorination process to manufacture VCM and 32% industrial grade hydrochloric acid (HCl). We are the second-largest VCM manufacturer in Taiwan.
